I Have Scalp Pain Left Rear, Recently Flew To Dallas

I have scalp pain left rear, recently flew to Dallas from Pittsburgh for 5 days and returned.
No discoloration or injury.. I do have poloymyositis//// age 73, otherwise good health and passed last fligh physical... Any ideas or should I go to my PC or rheumatologist... Thanks...
