I Have Scarring On My Right Forearm And Up To

I have scarring on my right forearm and up to my bicep and it looks like a burn or a rash but it looks like scar tissue to me, it only showed up a few days ago. No itchiness, swelling, raised skin, bumps, pus, or anything. It's not spreading either.
