I Have Scheduleed Biopsy Of My Prostrate On December 8,

I have scheduleed Biopsy of my prostrate on December 8, 2015. My urologist told me that since I take 81mg aspirin daily , I need to stop 7 days beforethe procedure to avoid excessive bleeding. Ihad stent implant in the year 2004 and since then Iam on Aspirin and plavix(75mg). My cardiologist adviced me to continue Aspirin to avoid Heart attack. Please advice how bad it can be due to bleeding?
