I Have Schizophrenia For 17 Years And I Had A

I have schizophrenia for 17 years and I had a great exiperence with Geodon at 120mgs at night. A year later I had some insomania issues related to anexity and noisy neighbors. I did not get much sleep for 5 days and I exipernced increase in symtoms. They upped it to 160mgs and I was fine very stable for two weeks and suddenly developed a new symptom that I have never exiperenced before which was the voices repeating what people are saying. It was annoying but I could live with it. Because of the echoing my doc upped my Geodon to 160 and I am at my worst again. what is happening should I just go back to the lower dose...I'm asking you because I don't want to change meds
