I Have Sclera, I Think After Fat Being Removed Below

I have sclera, I think after fat being removed below left eye for cosmetic purposes. There is water like a blister that shifts on the outermost layer of the eye. What type of treatment should I do at home. I am on Tobradex which I take a couple of times a day to prevent infection. Any suggestions for home treatment?
