I Have Scleroderma And Have Morphea On Face And Different

I have scleroderma and have morphea on face and different parts of my body and am currently taking methotrexate. I know this will be a dumb question, however, I would like to know how much would it hurt if I went to the tanning bed. I know tanning beds are not good for you anyway, however I do like to have a little color. I had a dermatologist tell that some tanning beds can sometimes help Morphea.
