I Have Scoliosis And Have Harrington Rod Put In 1981

I have scoliosis and have Harrington rod put in 1981 all the way down spine, I have narrowing in many spots but no specific nerve pressed on. I have massive pain in the siatic nerves. I have done therapy, shots etc, is there anything I can do to get some relief? I also had neck fusion on 5,6,7 and have spondylotic changes in the neck as well as the back. I'm 57 yrs old and this is affecting life in general
