I Have Secondary Hyperhidrosis. It Started About A Year Ago.

I have secondary hyperhidrosis. It started about a year ago. I do the simplest of tasks and sweat from head, face everywhere except my hands and feet. It's causing dehydration and of course the embarrassment when people stare at me. I see my Dr. in a few weeks. What could cause this so suddenly.
