I Have Seen A Pinkish Red Tissue In My Stool

I have seen a pinkish red tissue in my stool today.before that i was going through constipation but in morning when i passed stool there was this type of tissue and it was fl9ating,not in the stool.now i am feeling pain like in rectum i guess don't know exactly where the pain is coming from.but it hurts when i sit.
