I Have Seen An Increase In Being Thirsty And My

I have seen an increase in being thirsty and my tongue seems to have a constant tingling,burning sensation. I drink close to a gallon of water a day, am in excellent health and exercise daily. I do take a number of supplements. Could I have dry mouth or some other issue.
