I Have Seizure And Had A Bad One It Affected

I have seizure and had a bad one it affected me like a stroke I've got better but still have severe migraine headaches daily. I also get slurred speech this time it's not getting any better and my back among other muscles are really hurting.I forget what I'm doing and space out for a few min then I remember I can think of what I want to say but there are times I can't say what I want.
