I Have Sensitivity To Touch Along My Right Side From

I have sensitivity to touch along my right side from breast to my hip. If I lay on my right side it hurts, not extremely, but hurts. My bra hurt the top side area. If I take my finger and rub the side or touch it, it hurts. (Again, a one or two in pain, very uncomfortable). Of course I have all kinds of problems with my body with heart, liver, cholesterol, etc. that I take meds for and nothing has changed for years. So I am perplexed. Any ideas?
