I Have Serious Problems With My Esophagus. It Isn't Working

I have serious problems with my esophagus. It isn't working right. Several years ago I had it stretched. I was diagnosed with Barrett disease. I think now it is beyond that. What are options for treatment? I take 3 Prilosec a day as prescribed by my doctor. I've had 2tests in the last 2 weeks. I will be going to the Doc next week. Just curious to hear what you have to say. Thank you so much.
