I Have Serum Total Cholesterol 173 Mg/dl, Serum Triglycerides 215

I have serum total cholesterol 173 mg/dl, serum triglycerides 215 mg/dl, hdl 40 mg/dl and ldl cholesterol 90 mg/dl but I had on one or two occasion imbalance in my walk immediately after I got up from bed and also imbalance after going to bed. Then doctor has advised me to get bilateral carotid and vertebral doppler test there I got mild intimal thickening in bilateral carotid bulbs causing 10-15% narrowing in right carotid bulb and 20-25% narrowing in left carotid bulb. Doctor has advised me to take novastat CV 10. I have no sugar but I got BP and I am taking Envas 10 mg one every day. Sir, I want to get that bilateral carotid and vertebral doppler under control. please give advise and whether narrowing is dangerous
