I Have Sever Clawing My Left Hand After A Sudural

I have sever clawing my left hand after a sudural hematoma that caused an 8mm center line brain shift. Other then some left sided weakness I have almost fully recovered, with no cognitive impairment.
I really need heo to straighten out the fingers and all I can seem to find are grip exercises, I kinda want the opposite.
