I Have Sever Pain In My Right Hand (full Hand).

I have sever pain in my right hand (full hand). Oftenly it goes numb and also fells like swelled up. My right shoulder is always numb. I cant work even my daily routien works like brushing teeth and cleaning cloths etc. my wait keeps increasing without obesity problem. Only belly region keeps gaining fat. I am married not prgnant. Please suggest something to have a pain free life in my arm.my neck also hurts cant sleep at night because of pain oftenly. I had history of allergic asthama.
