I Have Several Autoimmune Diseases, Luous, Hashimoto's Hpothyroid, Pernious Anemia,

I have several autoimmune diseases, Luous, Hashimoto's hpothyroid, pernious anemia, sjogren's, Raynaud's and ulcerative colitis. Due to steroid use, I have had adrenal insufficiency for 7 years. Medicinal management has been tge same for years, ie., no new meds. Two weeks ago, I began to feel as if my whole body, trunk and limbs are "vibrating" or "feeling like my motor is constantly running". Perhaps I could also says "it tingles". I don't have anxiety or pabuc attacks, I am 54, working out but on SS disability, due to my conditions and 25 operations. Any ideas? Thought perhaps MS or fibromyalgia..would appreciate your thoughts. I will also discuss these symptoms with my Endocrinologist snd Rheumatologist at next appointment. Btw, my whole body hurts bady with these new symptoms. ?..thank you in advance CP
