I Have Several Cracks And Ulcers Noted With White Film

I have several cracks and ulcers noted with white film covering entire dorsum of my tongue. My uvula has white exudate but my tonsils not enlarged and absent of exudate the posterior pharyngeal wall is erythematous with white film/exudate - inner lower and upper gum-line covered with multiple cankers. what can this be?
