I Have Several Dark Spots About The Size Of The

I have several dark spots about the size of the end of a pencil eraser that are kinda like a callus but scab like texture. The scab like texture can be removed with care, but the spot remains...just lighter in color. And them the whole "scabbing" effect begins again....over and over....and they itch, especially the ones on my back.
