I Have Several Hard (large Pimple Size) Lumps On The

I have several hard (large pimple size) lumps on the outer labia on both sides. There are 2 on the right and 3 on the left. Normaly, there is no problem except aggregation, but lately, the left side is slightly swollen and after trying to pop, it discharged a chalky substance with no pus, blood or fluid of any kind. Should I be concerned?
