I Have Several Health Problems High Bp Diabetes Liver Failure

I have several health problems high bp diabetes liver failure renal failure stage 2 migraines back problems and nerve problems with my back legs and feet stomach problems constipation my question is my mouth just started a couple of days ago to become numb and tingling my tongue mostly and it always has a metallic taste in it like I'm sucking on a penny always my bp has been up and down bs is between 90 to 300 and hr is 80 to 130 no new meds but weaning off 2 I had cp with pain running up right side neck jugular area with severe headache 2days ago with slight cp but severe headache and pain on right side of neck as before today bp is 110/66 hr 80 bs 268 what could be causing mouth and pains?
