I Have Several Issues. I Have Begun Swelling In My

I have several issues. I have begun swelling in my lower legs/feet/upper legs and now into my stomach area. I have a very hard time at night when I lie down as I feel like I'm drowning. I also have gained 20 lbs in 18 days and I eat healthy. I also do not have much of an appetite and when I do eat I have extreme diarrhea. I see a cardiologist for my AFIB and I have talked with him about this but its seems to be getting worse and I don't know what else to do. I am also Diabetic and my last A1C was 6.2. I am very concerned.
