I Have Several Issues Where My Blood Test Is Concerned.

I have several issues where my blood test is concerned. Following are the items I that have been flagged as being High and would like to know if I need to be concerned with. If you can't answer all of these issues, I understand. Thank you.

Blood Urea Nitrogen is 19 MG/DL
BUN/Creatinine Ration is 25
Urine Leukocyte Esterease is Moderate
Urine Mucus is Many /LPF
Urine Bacteria is Few /HPF
Urine WBC is 5-10 /HPF
Neutrophils % is 71.4%
Troponin is <0.012 NG/ML ... this is flagged as being Low
