I Have Several Sore Lumps Under My Jaw On Both

I have several sore lumps under my jaw on both sides. It started with one side two days ago but over the course of today I have now noticed it on the other side as well. I have had a couple of other occasions in the recent past where I have had this on the right side only for a few days but then it goes away. I have also been experiencing a dry cough and hoarseness for several months that the doctors haven't been able to determine the source of. Thank you.
