I Have Several Swollen Bumps Around Most Of My Cuticals

I have several swollen bumps around most of my cuticals and abump on the back of my left finger..not boils or filled with anything..Had these symtoms 10 years ago and with time went away {I thought then an allergic reaction to woodworking product} Have not come into contact with any unusual chemicals etc. I am otherwise healthy, 59 yr old woman.Does not appear to be contagious or spreading elsewhere on me.
