I Have Several Symptoms I'm Worried Might Be An Autoimune

I have several symptoms I'm worried might be an autoimune disease. My skin hurts sometimes, especially around my back, neck and scalp, I am unusually tired. My biggest fear is that I often feel confused. Not just forgetful like I'm getting old (I'm 54). There are times I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing or have done. I drive to work and when i get there I can't remember ever leaving the house. I forget common names. Just a lot of stuff.
