I Have Several Symptoms..I Get Severe Dry Mouth 4 Or

I have several symptoms..I get severe dry mouth 4 or 5 times a week
super severe pain in back area waist area and buttock area pain performs a twisting pain a severe painful ache almost like a throbbing twisting stabbing pain...severe enough to cause me to scream out loud pain also wakes me several times while I try to sleep and while I try to rest... i am shaking all over now very very noticeable. I do not do speed. Nor do I suffer hyper active Ness
my mind is muddied can't concntrate.
