I Have Several Ulcer Like Sores Around My Stomach, My

I have several ulcer like sores around my stomach, my navel also is infected and bleeds and has a puss dishare on a daily basis and has for over a year. Diabetic ulcers are what my family doc says but the ulcers keep formin and are very painful. What do I do or who do I need to see.
