I have severe COPD and very bad back problems (stenosis, arthritis, 6 bulging discs, facet joint problems, etc.) I'm on morphine ER 15 mg twice a day. I'm also taking Ativan .5 mg twice a day. Been on those for a long time. I need to stop Ativan as it's considered too dangerous to take due to overdose conditions and contributes to my difficult breathing. What can I take for my moderate to severity anxiety that won't interfere with my conditions. I don't have an addictive personality.
