I Have Severe Anemia. I've Always, Since My 20's Been

I have severe anemia. I've always, since my 20's been borderline, but over the last 2 1/2 yrs I have had 28u prbc's as well as several u ffp. I've been tested for every std, A1antitrypsyn, etc. no one so far has come up c any idea. I also get what looks like vasculitis or folliculitus but isn't at the same time. I've been seen by onc/hem, ID, dermatologists, had the biopsies and no one knows. These symptoms go hand in hand. Extremely frustrating to all involved. Any thoughts?
