I Have Severe Back Of The Head Pain With Pressure

I have severe back of the head pain with pressure and stiff neck. I feel as if something is pressing on my brain. I have a history of severe migraine but this is different. I cant think I feel confused. And cannot tilt my head down to look as I get very dizzy. I am a 44 years old female.
