I Have Severe Burning Sensation On My Right Groin Area.

I have severe burning sensation on my right groin area. Urologist said that it was a groin pull. However, my family doctor said that my white blood cells were elavated which was a sign of infection. Gave me antibiotics and it went away. Had intercorse and the pain returned. Even when I masterbate it hurts aferward. I was reading and it sounds like the vas dederence. Urologist said that my vas was not swollen.
