I Have Severe Constipation. For 12 Days. I Have Tried

I have severe constipation. For 12 days. I have tried laxatives, fleet enemas, intestinal massage, miralax. So nauseous. Stomach is rock hard. Severe bloating. Unable to have a bowel movement. Earlier around day 4-6 fleet enema would let a little bit loose. Now completely clear. Just urinating tons. I did a few minutes ago for the fist time in days have just a little pass of what looks like maybe coffe grounds? Feeling awful. Chills. Sweating. I called my gastrointestinal doctor last Friday. They said do the colonoscopy cleanse. It produced zero results. I'm so sick. Can't eat. Called dr but assistant said he was unavailable. Do I just keep trying laxatives/co lace and enemas?
