I Have Severe Constipation From Tuesday Until Saturday Of Last

I have severe constipation from Tuesday until Saturday of last week. Took laxatives and it worked Saturday but went back to constipated on Sunday again. Now I have a low grade fever and a severe headache. I tried 2 suppositories but it didn't work. ( mainly because the urge came and the suppository came out too early) I just took Metamucil. I'm worried there's an intestinal blockage due to the low grade fever. I feel like crap overal. Is this normal for severe constipation. I'm normally very regular.
