I Have Severe Constipation, Stools Are Getting Thinner, I Have

I have severe constipation, stools are getting thinner, I have to force it out with my hands. I have mild pain on the right side below my abdomen. Im bloated and there is flatulence. I belch more. I had removed my gall bladder back in 2010 and in 2012 was treated for holes in my stomach and not being able to digest food promptly. I did a colonoscopy and stomach scope in 2012. And I feel it does affect my bladder as i dont feel I've fully emptied my bladder and can empty it better after all my stools r out. I'm 35 years old and obese.
