I Have Severe Cough And Throat Infection Fever From 4

I have severe cough and throat infection fever from 4 days, I am taking Levofloxcin Antibiotic + Anti Alergic + Ibrufen (for fever) but still cough is not going and fever return after 10- 12 hours. on the first day it was returning after every 7 hours... Moreover i have warts on my foot sole that i got burned 10 days ago, so because i am having two two health issues that's why i am taking more time to get well and please guide me something to strengthen my immune system please
