I Have Severe Cramping In My Hands, Thumb Is Bent

I have severe cramping in my hands, thumb is bent under and frozen,it hurts a lot. at night it is usually my big toe and then the calf. I take an electrolyte powdered drink, tonic water/ lyrica, pramiprexole for restless legs. I now have a very pronounced hemotoma on my right forearm. don't know how I got it! am a female in my mid 70's. I have also used arnica and a topical analgesic (absorbine veterinary liniment)
