I Have Severe Degenerative Arthritis And Collapsing Discs In My

I have severe degenerative arthritis and collapsing discs in my spine and neck especially. I get so nauseous, a tingling in my whole body that backs it impossible to do anything? Could it be a pinched nerve?

Also I get zaps in my body then my blood vessels pop and get huge. Can I be having TIA's?
