I Have Severe Intestinal Pain Localized To Right Below My

I have severe intestinal pain localized to right below my waist band just to the right of the left pelvic bone. I had it two days ago and it went away but now its back in the same exact spot. Should i just wait for it to go away or could this be an actual long term problem
