I Have Severe Itching On Palms Of Hands With White/yellow

I have severe itching on palms of hands with white/yellow bumps blister type lumps under skin and heels and arches of feet are the same. Heat seems to make it worse and is worse at night waking me. Cold water/ ice seems to soothe it for awhile. I have been taking medication for the last 7 days. Phenergan, dexamethasone,dalacin C, ranitidine, I have also been using betamethasone Val cream 0.02, I have also had 2 cortisone injections. Nothing has got any better
