I have severe left jaw pain from under the eye tooth all the way back. Also having pain in my left ear, which I have problems with fluid not draining when sinuses act up. Recently I popped that eardrum during a servere flu/sinsus 3mo run that finally was broken up by a strong treatment of steroids for 4 wks. That eardrum has healed over but I can feel fluid and it won't pop. My jawbone started hurting Friday night severe pain, I have had 3STV attacks before and know what a heart attack feels like, first the arm, then the jaw then the chest, I went to ER all 3xs no permanent damage done but each that followed was longer and worse than previous post one. Last one left me paralyzed 30mins almost leaving me unable to breath before it slowly began to ease off. So this is what the jaw pain feels like, that severe, but no other symptoms arm or chest and my BP has been in normal range. I have been taking 2x4ml of Hydromorphine to handle the pain. I also have had uncontrollable diarrhea, since Friday night it was almost liquid and a cough would set it off. Had to change myself 3 times Fri-Sat even once during sleep. Haven't been able to eat, may be mental not wanting to risk more bathroom runs. I'm catching myself now, well think im almost empty now. I also today found and took an other day Prednisone 10ml to try to help with the ear and sinsus. My question is what is causing the jaw pain, my heart or a dental condition. I have Epstein Barr Virus a severe case that affects my nervous and skeletal systems since 1998. It has compromised my immune system in many ways. But I just noticed a couple of weeks ago a tooth on the bottom right last one was cracked at the jaw line I haven't had a chance to get to the dentist yet, this is on right side and I lost ppart of a filling on left back top. But nothing to the left bottom of my teeth. So what is causing the severe jaw pain and the diarrhea.
