I Have Severe Leg Cramps In The Middle Of The

I have severe leg cramps in the middle of the night ever since I started Metamucil. I love what Metamucil does for me, and maybe that is not the cause. I had a severe attack last night and my legs paralized into a twist and I could not walk it off for quite awhile. I eat a banana every day and maybe I do not drink enough water. What can I do to prevent these extreme leg cramps?
