I Have Severe Mid To Low Back Pain I Have

I have severe mid to low back pain I have difficulty getting out of a chair also I have noticed after wiping myself my vagina is numb with numbness in both inner thighs plus numbness and tingling sensation in buttocks, hips and legs the numbness in my vagina area really concern me. I need low back surgery but can't have it because of a heart condition surgery is just too risky.
