I Have Severe Migranes With Face Swelling On The Same

I have severe migranes with face swelling on the same side of my headache which is always the right side.my eye gets droopy and lazy my head pounds when I go from sitting to standing. They last for hours and no otc medications helps the pain. I also get jaw tightness and anxiety now along with the migrane
