I Have Severe Muscle Soreness In My Calves, Moderate To

I have severe muscle soreness in my calves, moderate to severe low back pain, low energy, dry eyes, slightly blurred vision. I have gone to pain management doctors and orthopaedic doctors with no results. Should I consult a neurologist or rheumotologist? Where do I go next? The soreness in my calves is similar to what you would feel from overexercising, except I don't exercise. If I do, even slightly, it gets worse. I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic. I've tried Lyrica, Cymbalta, Wellbutrin, Lexapro, all with no results.
