I Have Severe Osteoarthritis In My Right Knee. Bone On

I have severe osteoarthritis in my right knee. Bone on Bone at this point. My ortho dr says I need a knee replacement, but still have to lose more weight. I have had cortisone injections with little result and even a round of synvisc injections over a year ago. The last month I have started orthovisc injections and after the third one, I can hardly walk. My knee and lower leg are so stiff and the pain in insane. When I had my third injection it really hurt. I didn't feel the other two. I've also had a different person each time doing the injections. I have now been in my house for a week because I can't get go very far let alone drive myself to work or the store for food. I am 68 and I live alone.
