I Have Severe Pain Along Both Sides Of My Spine.

I have severe pain along both sides of my spine. I've had 3 children and sciatica butthe past 3 months my back pain has gotten worse, waking me at night. I noticed I have an indentation in my spine in the upper middle. What should I do? I've also lost a lot of weight
