I Have Severe Pain Around My Back Including A Rash

I have severe pain around my back including a rash that is from under my arms to my hips on both sides of the ribs.
I have a horrible allergy to colophony that brings on anaphylaxis. I have been taking 21 bills a day for a seven day clense. I'm only on day four and have read the ingredients to find most ingredients contain colophony. Is the pain rash and weekness due to pills?
