I Have Severe Pain In Left Kidney Area That Is

I have severe pain in left kidney area that is now hurting down the front of my leg. I had a kidney stone blasted on Thursday went back to er on Friday they said no kidney stone in this kidney but I have uti that has traveled into the kidney. Was prescribed antibiotics but there has been no relief. No fever just severe pain
