I Have Severe Pain In My Bellybutton-burning And Stabbing, Vomiting-dry

I have severe pain in my bellybutton-burning and stabbing, vomiting-dry heaves usually mucus all comes up but I get overheated and dizzy when this happens , severe pain in head-stabbing tightness and jaws try to lock up , hard to fall asleep and stay asleep but groggy and no energy , and moderate to severe pain in my back like spine being ripped out and lower back pain making it difficult to lay certain ways out sitting and standing,
